On The 6 by Jennifer Lopez
Actress Jennifer Lopez's debut album shows that she has potential offering some really nice songs. Jennifer is great at combining pure hip-hop with a bit of Latin soul and her first single -If you had my love- is a great example of this. With practice, more Lopez CDs will surely follow in the wake of 6's success.
Dangerman by Dangerman
Dangerman's new album is the best album I have heard this year. Their sound is really fresh, and the songs on the CD are all different. They just sound better each time I listen to them. It's great dancing, listening and driving music, so all I can say to you guys is, buy the -Dangerman- and you won't be disappointed.
Walking Off The Buzz by Blessid Union Of Souls
To tell the truth this CD totally disappointed me. The songs have no depth and even if the singer Eliot Sloan has a fine R&B suited voice, his attempts to add unnatural depth, ache, and character fails. The only exception is -Stone Glass Window- which is a really nice song.
Dosage by Collective Soul
After the two previous albums of Collective Soul, their new CD is a cohesive collection of strong songs and a smart step up for the band. The good thing is that Dosage keeps getting better every time I listen to it. This CD is well worth the money, the lyrics are powerful and the sound is great.
Dizzy Up The Girl by Goo Goo Dolls
This CD is a must if you are a Goo Goo Dolls' fan because is by far the best of them. The orchestral-pop hit "Iris" (from the soundtrack to City of Angels) proved the Goo Goo Dolls were no one-hit wonder with 1995's -Name-. Their songs are awesome and always put you in a good mood, so I definitely recommend it to anyone.
Schizophonic by Geri Halliwell
The former Ginger Spice's step into the solo arena is not bad. Schizophonic includes "Look At Me" and Geri's new single, "Mi Chico Latino" plus 8 other songs. Even if the most of the songs are not so good this album goes to show that Geri Haliwell has way more talent than we ever gave her credit for.
