Jaguar XK8 Convertible

Jaguar always has something special to offer to those who love high quality cars, this month Sexbuzz presents you the Jaguar XK8 Convertible. The exhilarating extra dimension which belongs exclusively to the open-top, high-performance sports car is taken to new heights by the Jaguar XK8 Convertible. With what is undoubtedly one of the finest quality convertible hoods in the world the Jaguar XK8 Convertible introduces a new era of open-top motoring when closeness to nature can be swiftly and effortlessly exchanged for secure and impervious seclusion. The Jaguar XK8 Convertible's fully automatic hood enables it to match the coupe on almost every front. Performance is virtually indistinguishable. Wind noise is similarly unobtrusive. Temperature control is identical. The elements are every bit as effectively excluded. Operation of the hood requires no more than the press of a single switch. The fully automatic hood-cycle can be operated while driving at speeds up to 10 miles per hour. The switch is integrated with the electric window system and, if the hood is being raised, any closed windows temporarily lower 15 millimeters to ensure perfect sealing.
 The XK8 interior offers the choice of two trim styles: Classic and Sport. The Classic seats are all-leather with facings in narrow, vertically fluted sections and the wood veneer on console is more than beautiful. The Sport seats have cloth facings and black carpets. Another nice element is that the XK8 is factory fitted with telephone circuitry and offers the option of a factory-fitted GSM mobile telephone.
 The style of this car is great but it's not the only great thing that Jaguar has to offer. The XK Series possesses class-leading structural integrity and dynamic balance. The long wheelbase and compact engine are decisive factors in achieving the optimum configuration of mechanical equipment for cohesive strength, smooth power flow and on-road balance. The XK Series offers a highly integrated structure with very high resistance to flexing and vibration - the perfect platform for Jaguars renowned ride and handling. Suspension is fully independent front and rear. Front suspension is a double wishbone system with co-axial springs and digressive dampers. This achieves near-perfect radial movement of wheels, reducing tyre scrub while increasing roadholding and steering balance. The XK Series' steering system provides exceptional straight line stability and swift, precise reflexes. The ABS Braking system is supported by stability control and activated by the electronic engine management system if wheelspin starts to occur. Other great features are the additional safety benefit of traction control which employs the ABS braking system to prevent wheelspin and the option of CATS (Computer Active Technology Suspension), a highly sophisticated suspension package which offers enhanced performance across the spectrum of road surface.
The engine of the Jaguar XK8 Convertible was developed to provide the best performance to the driver. The top speed of 155m/h and the acceleration of 0-60m/h in 6.7secs are making this car the premium of any vehicle in its class.
