3 suggestions to lose body fat.
1. Trim sugar to reduce fat (glucose converts to fat and kept inside the liver for body's further use).
2. Avoide all kind of fried food , eat grilled rather than that.
3. Avoid eggs especially yolk (yellow eggs).
Home gym???
Our advice is to join a gym where you tend to try more different types of excercise eg. aerobics, yoga, kick boxing, etc..if you see other people trying these, otherwise it gets pretty boring and remember that you need discipline for both home workouts and gyms. Depending on your fitness goals, one can even start with simple push ups, sit ups, dumbbells, etc...
Don't invest in a home gym unless you are comitted, don't fool your self into thinking that if you invest the money you will definitely invest the time. I see more home gyms being used as a clothes rack rather than excercise equipment.
Tone your lower abdominal area.
There is nothing like good old-fashioned abdominal crunches. Lay with your back on the floor. Keep your feet on the floor with your knees bent. Put your hands behind your head (for support) and lift your head and shoulders off the floor using your abdominal muscles. This movement need only be a small one to be effective. Be sure not to pull on your neck or you could injure yourself.
